    Couple find some bright spots

    The service was really nice, everyone was friendly. The gym, while small, was well equipped and I even got a good workout in.

    It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable.

    our brand-new room was well decorated and bed was comfortable. had such facilities, like climate control, a safe box and multi-channel television. location: the hotel was very close to the ruins and cenotaphs in the region, many restaurant, and montejo avenue.

    The staff were friendly, ensuring all my requests were met promptly. The pillows in my room were wonderful, offering great comfort for a restful night. I found the room clean and inviting. I also appreciated the rooftop pool.

    I loved being close to the beautiful Santa Lucia Park, made for a good morning stroll, and the vibrant Paseo Montejo with its lively atmosphere and amazing restaurants right around the corner was a bonus.     The bathroom door didn't close properly!!! Mold issues around the sink and ceiling needed addressing!!! The inconsistent water temperature in the shower was problematic!!!

    The nh collection has a great location near beautiful restaurants and lively plazas. I especially loved the staff. They were warm and accommodating. The rooftop pool was a nice touch for a refreshing dip after exploring.
